Chenin Blanc
The Bergsig Chenin Blanc has an exciting limey bouquet with traces of tropical fruit. This medium-bodied wine exhibits flavours of crushed pineapple and litchi. It is well enjoyed with chicken, fish and pasta dishes.
Sauvignon Blanc
The Bergsig Sauvignon Blanc is very crisp, alive, and zesty. This light-bodied wine beams with notes of fresh lime and has a great mineral finish that displays excellent characteristics of the terroir. Best to serve chilled with grilled fish, salads, and Thai-style dishes.
Weisser Riesling
A refreshing white wine with mineral and citrus peel undertones. The palate echoes mineral aromas along with fresh citrus nuances. A crisp dry, refreshing, and versatile wine.
Chardonnay
The Bergsig Chardonnay is fermented in small oak barrels to create a balance between the fresh citrus aromas and vanilla oak spice. Can definitely mature for another 2-3 years, resulting in added complexity. The well-rounded mouthfeel along with good acidity makes the wine a perfect match for sushi, creamy pasta dishes, and cheese.
Gewürztraminer

Rose Gold Rosé
This Rosé draws you in with its vivid coral colour, crushed strawberry aroma, and flavour. The softly rounded texture and off-dry palate make it delicious on its own or with alfresco meals.

A unique combination of Shiraz, Pinotage, Ruby Cabernet, and Merlot with flavours of ripe berry and plum with layers of creamy vanilla, nuts, and dark chocolate on the palate. A perfect partner for red meat.
Pinotage
A ripe, perfumed nose of cedar-toned plums and dark chocolate that is backed by well-integrated tannins. This developed wine can easily age another 4+ years. Enjoy this traditional South African wine with Cape Malayan dishes, venison, hearty casseroles, or a good old braai.
Cabernet Sauvignon
An elegant wine with a deep ruby colour and a great balance between smoky and dark fruit flavours. This wine can easily mature for another 4+ years, but the well-ripened tannins provide a smooth mouthfeel making it accessible to be enjoyed now. Great to serve with roast meats, venison, and matured cheese.
Cape LBV
Bergsig Estate Cape Late Bottled Vintage Port-style wine is a traditionally produced, premium quality product. Its full-bodied, soft richness is the ideal companion to cigars, matured cheese, coffee, shortbread, and rich fruitcake.

A well-rounded Noble Late Harvest with a litchi bouquet and rose petal nose, followed by red grapefruit, sweet nectar of the indigenous honey protea, and hints of ginger on the palate, ending with a dry cinnamon spiciness.
